The 5th edition of SOBIC & Company’s scholarship awards to children of the clients was recently held in Ibadan with forty-two beneficiaries across the branch network of the Microfinance Institution.
The scholarship award which began in 2016 has been given to one hundred and forty (140) students since inception. This is the Company’s way of giving back to the society and supporting education for the development of the nation’s future leaders.
In his speech, the MD/CEO Pastor Kehinde Adejumo, FCA, FMA, MCIB enjoined the beneficiaries to focus on their studies and be committed to excellence while shunning examination malpractices and other social vices.
The event was graced by the Executive Director of the Company, Mrs Olubunmi Adejumo, the Management team among other dignitaries and business partners.
