SOBIC offers 5th Scholarship Award to Clients’ Children
The 2018 edition of the Sobic Scholarship Awards continues to echo as two (2) prominent Nigerian newspapers reported the event: Nigerian Tribune has it on Pg. 5 of Wednesday, 19th December, 2018 while Daily Punch has it on Pg. 28 of Wednesday 19th December 2018. It might interest you to know that thirty (30) successful candidates were presented with scholarships in this third edition of the event.
Annual Branch Executives Meeting in Grand Style
In line with the vision of the MD/CEO of SOBIC and Company- Mr Kehinde Adejumo, a week long induction training programme has recently been embarked upon at the SOBIC Training Centre to ensure adequate training of new staff members. The induction training has produced Team Impact (January 2020) Team Unique (November 2019); Team Achievers (September 2019) and of course the pioneer Team Excellence (August 2019) and they have already hit the ground running to achieve our goal of being the preferred Microfinance Institution in Nigeria.
Management Retreat & Leadership Training
In appreciation of God's faithfulness, the Management of SOBIC held a thanksgiving service to commemorate the Company's 12th Anniversary on Monday August 3, 2020 at the Training Centre, SOBIC Headquarters, Old Ife Road, Ibadan. SOBIC, a Microfinance Institution started operations on August 1, 2008 and has grown to a network of 42 branches across the Southwest and North-Central geopolitical zones of Nigeria and still growing.
